High-Quality Photos
We make arrangements to have high-quality photos taken of the interior and exterior of your home. These photos are then used on the MLS, in internet and print advertising and on printed brochures and flyers.
MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE
The high-quality photos of your home as well as descriptive marketing copy are immediately submitted to the Multiple Listing Service which updates a daily catalog of homes for sale through its member brokers and an on-line computer network.
INTERNET EXPOSURE
Current research from the National Association of Realtors indicates that more than 80% of home buyers now begin the buying process online. All of our property listings are online under “featured listings” at www.gulickrealestate.com, at www.kyselectproperties.com as well as on all local websites that subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service. Additonally, we pay a premium to ensure that many of our listings are highlighted on www.realtor.com.

Upon listing, our distinctive Kentucky Select Properties 'For Sale' sign is placed on your property along with detailed information in brochure boxes or in the form of a full-color laminate. We also have our marketing assistant create a customized full-color brochure which we make available to every agent or potential buyer who visits your home.
ADVERTISING & PROMOTION
We use a variety of media to reach potential buyers. These include: The real estate section in the Saturday and Sunday editions of The Courier-Journal; Targeted placements in the Wednesday ‘Neighborhoods’ section of the CJ; The St. Matthews-Voice and Sophisticated Living magazine. When appropriate, we’ll also promote your property through agent/client luncheons, open houses, direct mail postcards and email flyers.
